To use our website, you need to agree to these terms and conditions, and any additional terms and conditions which shall apply to your use of 3lotusmedia.co.uk.
When using 3lotusmedia.co.uk you agree:
• not to do anything which will or might damage, interfere with, disrupt access to, interrupt or impair the functionality of the material available on the site;
• to be entirely responsible for and keep secret any password used by you. You should change your password if you believe it’s no longer confidential;
• not to post, distribute or upload any defamatory, offensive, infringing, obscene, indecent or otherwise unlawful or objectionable material or information, or send any chain letters, junk mail, ‘spamming’ material or any other form of bulk communication;
• not to threaten, harass, stalk, abuse, disrupt or otherwise violate the rights of others, including individuals’ privacy rights; not to make any unauthorised, false or fraudulent orders, bookings or requests for services;
• not to obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorised access to the sites or any private or member account areas on the sites;
• not to do, cause or permit anything to be done that may infringe, damage or interfere with any intellectual property rights of 3 Lotus Media or any of our associated companies or third parties. Also, not to do anything that is otherwise unlawful or which may cause any liability for us;
• 3 Lotus Media uses PayPal for online credit/debit card payments and does not store any credit card information. PayPal will not pass any of your personal information, including credit or debit card information, to any third party;
• all details which you provide to 3 Lotus Media for the purpose of ordering goods are correct and that the credit/debit card and PayPal account are your own and have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order;
• 3 Lotus Media aims to process orders within 30 working days of receiving payment. Orders may be shipped from any of our offices;
• shipping charges are advertised on our site, and are accepted once an order is made;
• since orders may be shipped from any of our office locations, you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. You understand that any and all charges of this nature will be borne by you;
• 3 Lotus Media may supply a Customs Label containing a brief description, and valuation of the parcel’s contents;
• 3 Lotus Media can only accept returns of our products in their original condition within 30 days of the original order being placed;
• If the shipment sent to you is the result of an error, 3 Lotus Media will cover the cost of sending you the necessary products to rectify the order.
